We are a local, independent company that helps streamline the medical assistance application process for nursing home residents, families and facilities so you can spend your time thinking, focusing on what’s most important- your loved one’s care.


  • Co-Founder

    Brandi is a resident of Luzerne County and a devoted wife and mother of two sons. With extensive experience navigating the complexities of the Medicaid rules and processes. Brandi possesses a deep understanding of this vital program. Her expertise is honed through years of dedicated work in both nursing home business offices and alongside certified elder law attorneys.

    Driven by a desire to assist others, she is committed to utilizing her knowledge to guide individuals and families through the often-challenging Medicaid application process. Brandi is known for her compassionate and patient approach, ensuring clients feel supported and informed every step of the way.

  • Co Founder

    Brenda is a lifelong member of the Northeastern Pennsylvania community. She earned her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Mansfield University and worked for several years as a Social Worker and Patient Advocate in nursing homes for frail elderly residents and younger people with special needs.  It was her experience as a Social Worker that led to her decision to enter law school.  She attended Touro Law Center and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2000. Brenda then earned a Fellowship to the University of Miami School of Law where she received a Master of Laws in Estate Planning.

    Brenda has been practicing elder law, estate planning, and special needs planning in Northeastern Pennsylvania since 2002. Brenda is a frequent speaker for professional and community organizations, including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Wilkes-Barre Law Library, Lackawanna County Bar Association and area nursing homes and personal care homes.

     A native of Scranton, PA, Kevin received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Scranton and his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University.

    Kevin is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Lackawanna Bar Association, Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association, and is past President of the Young Lawyers’ Division of the Luzerne County Bar Association. In 2014, he was recognized by the Northeast Business Journal as one of the top “20 Under 40” professionals in Northeast Pennsylvania.

     Since 2002, Kevin has devoted his practice to the areas of elder law including Medicaid applications, representing clients from across Northeastern Pennsylvania.
